Antonio Carbajal (sole proprietor, doing business as Antonio Carbajal Business Support) provides small-business consulting and administrative support, including startup planning and documentation, business documentation, administrative support, and operations and workflow consulting. Antonio Carbajal does not provide legal, tax, accounting, licensing, or other regulated professional services.

Submitting an inquiry or attending a consultation does not create an obligation for either party to proceed with further work.

Work begins after Antonio Carbajal provides a written quote describing scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline, and the client accepts it [method of acceptance, e.g. written or email confirmation].

Antonio Carbajal delivers the services and materials described in the accepted quote. Work outside that scope may require a separate quote.

Timelines and the number of revision rounds are set in each quote. Delays in receiving client information may affect timelines.

Fees are stated in the accepted quote. No payment is collected on this website. Payment collection arrangements are not yet confirmed; before an engagement proceeds, the customer must be informed how payment will be collected and agree to the terms.
